* We strictly accept returns for products that are **defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped**.
* Because collectible blister cards and diecast packages are sensitive, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference once an order has been delivered.

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our team within **48 hours** of package delivery.
* Clear photographs or an unboxing video displaying the outer box, shipping label, and damaged item/packaging must be provided to initiate the claim.
### 3. Exchanges
* We do not offer product exchanges. If an item is verified as defective or damaged upon return inspection, a replacement will be dispatched subject to stock availability; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

### 6. Refund Processing Time
* Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
* Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank transfer) within **5–7 business days**.
